shipping - tracking available on request. receive a full refund if package is lost in the mail, replacements when available. expect 5-7 days for the usual processing time. upgrades to mail class and order priority available upon request with additional charge.

pickup - currently i live local to stafford, ct and can meet in public locations to give you your purchase if you're local and wish to skip the shipping fee. please allow at least a week between placing your order and meeting to pickup
